Business Development & Communications Assistant

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Business Development, Marketing & Communications ("BMC") professional to join our team in Brussels.

As a key member of our international team, you will collaborate with colleagues across various jurisdictions and drive impactful initiatives.

Your responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the BMC team and run day-to-day operations efficiently.
  • Develop and update business development and marketing materials such as client presentations, pitches, legal submissions, website content, and more.
  • Coordinate client and office events, manage marketing lists, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in drafting and posting communications on various platforms including LinkedIn, company website, and internal channels.
  • Manage and distribute legal updates, newsletters, and blogs to relevant audiences.

Your skills and experience

  • Prior experience in business development, marketing, and communications, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Proficiency in IT tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, CMS (Wagtail), and CRM (InterAction).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in Dutch and/or French.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with teams.
